If you have problems with the accessibility of the website, please contact us. The same route can be used to submit requests for inaccessible information and complaints about the failure to ensure accessibility.

Anyone has the right to request the provision of accessibility to a digital website, mobile application or their elements. You can also request that the information be made available in alternative forms, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document or describing the contents of a film without an audiotape.

The request should include:

  • data of the person making the request,
  • indicating which website, mobile app or element is involved,
  • method of contact,
  • indication of the preferred form of release of information, if the request is for an alternative form.

The Museum should fulfill the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the Museum will immediately inform you when it will be possible to fulfill the request. This deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to ensure accessibility, the Museum may propose an alternative way to access the information.

If the Museum refuses to comply with a request to provide accessibility or alternative access to information, a complaint may be filed against such action.

After all possibilities have been exhausted, the complaint can also be sent to the Ombudsman
