As a gift, a decoration, or a little treat to brighten up the winter – and much more! Our new jigsaw puzzles, stickers, iron-on transfers, temporary tattoos and board game are well worth a look.

Straight from the museum gallery to your notebook, laptop or… your hand – take your favourite piece of art home with you! Or spend even more time with it, relaxing whilst doing a jigsaw puzzle or getting excited during a game of ‘Collectors’.

Thanks to our collaboration with TUKA: https://sztukamalucha.pl/ unique motifs from selected works in the MNK collection can be found on beautiful merchandise. They’ll brighten up your surroundings, make your time more enjoyable and set you apart from the crowd.

The selected reproductions include fragments of paintings, woodcuts, drawings and artistic crafts from various eras – from antiquity to the present day. These include works by well-known artists such as MNK Wyspiański, Jan Stanisławski and Olga Boznańska, as well as lesser-known but interesting and eye-catching pieces. You can see some of them in person at exhibitions in the MNK’s branches, whilst others are usually kept in storage – so now you have a special opportunity to discover them.

The Gazebo is a space in the MNK Main Building, located in front of the education room.

It is a space designed by young people for young people, but we welcome anyone who would like to stop by and relax.

The Gazebo is a comfortable space where anyone can spend time free of charge

We provide a study corner, a comfortable sofa and pouffes, as well as a table where you can sit with friends to chat, relax or focus on work. We invite you to make use of the book-sharing corner and relax amidst the greenery.

There is no shortage of power sockets in the Gazebo, and right next to it there is a drinking fountain with clean water and toilets.

On selected dates, the Gazebo hosts activities run by young people, in which you can also take part.

The Altana is a venue for non-commercial activities, where you too can organise a meeting, a workshop or a form-tutor lesson for your pupils.

RULES FOR USING THE GAZEBO:

• The gazebo is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm,
• Museum staff accept no liability for items left unattended within the Altana,
• There is a strict ban on the consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances within the Altana, as well as a ban on smoking tobacco products and their derivatives, including e-cigarettes,
• The facilities within the Altana must be used in accordance with their intended purpose,
• Users are required to keep the Gazebo clean and tidy during their stay,
• You may organise educational, but NOT commercial, events in the Gazebo.

The Gazebo was created as part of the participatory youth project “My Place”.
