
OGuided tours of the exhibitions offer a comprehensive introduction to the exhibition and an opportunity to engage with the art through a unique narrative. We offer two types of guided tour, tailored to the different age groups of school pupils.

Guided tours for younger primary school pupils involve a guided walk through the entire exhibition, during which the narrative about art and its contexts is enriched with numerous sensory activities. Props, replicas of objects and costumes are put to use. There will be plenty of touching, testing, trying on and even smelling – making a visit to the museum an experience that will be remembered for a long time.

This is a guided walk through the entire exhibition, accompanied by the guide’s vivid commentary on selected exhibits. During the tour, topics such as the context in which the works were created, their reception or intended use, elements of analysis and interpretation, the biographical context of the artists, as well as social, historical and literary contexts, and the history of the venue where the exhibition is held, are discussed.
