Reduced rates for lessons and museum games:

• Large Family Card – PLN 1 per person
• Krakow Family Card 3+ – PLN 1 per person
• Large Family Card with a Child with a Disability – PLN 0 per person
• Fee for people with a disability certificate for museum lessons – PLN 2 per person, no minimum fee applies

Tickets for children and young people – individual admission to the exhibition

Permanent exhibitions	Children under 7 – free admission School pupils and students up to the age of 26 – 1 zł

Payments

Due to the procedures governing invoiced payments at the National Museum in Kraków, we can offer you three payment methods:

1. Payment by cash or card on site at the ticket offices of the National Museum in Kraków (if required, the ticket offices issue invoices via the KSeF system).
2. Issuance of a pro forma invoice with a payment deadline prior to your visit – to be arranged no later than two weeks before your visit to the museum. If you choose this option, please contact the National Museum in Krakow Information and Booking Centre directly so that the appropriate procedure can be initiated.
3. Issuance of an invoice by the ticket office with payment due after the visit; however, consent for such a transaction must be granted by the branch manager on a case-by-case basis. If you opt for the third option, please email a request to the branch manager and inform the MNK Information and Booking Centre of their decision – we will then make the necessary changes to your booking. This must be done before your scheduled visit.
