Join us for a workshop exploring fantastical themes in the paintings of the Group of Five, during which we will uncover the darker side of modernism. Participants will familiarise themselves with the symbolism of the Young Poland bestiary – from predatory chimeras and snakes to vampire motifs and personifications of death. In the practical session, we will move on to a creative remix, where, drawing on the knowledge gained, each participant will design their own avatar.
