Stanis\u0142aw Wyspia\u0144ski (1869\u20131907) was one of the most outstanding figures of the Young Poland movement \u2013 a painter, playwright, and designer of stained-glass windows and applied art. His works have become an integral part of the canon of Polish art, making Krak\u00f3w one of the most important artistic centres at the turn of the century. During the walk, we will visit the Franciscan Church to admire the artist\u2019s famous stained-glass windows and polychrome decoration, and we will stop at the Church of the Holy Cross \u2013 discussing the projects in which he was involved. We will pause at the places where his most famous literary works were created, as well as where he spent his free time..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
