The collections in our care comprise one million exhibits, and our mission is to promote Polish and international art. We currently employ nearly 600 staff across more than a dozen branches located in Krak\u00f3w and Zakopane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IT support (helpdesk) for Museum staff,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>troubleshooting issues that do not require specialist service equipment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installation and configuration of computer hardware and basic software in a Windows environment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring proper maintenance and reporting ongoing repairs to computer equipment (liaising with service providers and specialists),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supervising work carried out by external companies commissioned by the IT department,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>server administration:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Active Directory domain server (Windows),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; mail server (Linux),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; FTP server (Linux),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; antivirus software on end-user workstations (Windows),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; CISCO AMP antivirus software management console<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; virtualisation system,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>system administration: ERP, printing, security and control of email correspondence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>performing backups of designated resources,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>granting access to subordinate IT systems based on company requests,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a degree in IT or a technical field,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at least 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>practical experience in system administration \u2013 Windows, Linux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>knowledge of:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; virtualisation environments \u2013 VMware,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; computer hardware and software,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; IT system security issues,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; IT infrastructure networking issues,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>knowledge of English at B2\/C1 level,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication skills and the ability to work in a team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creativity in problem-solving,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employment under a contract of employment at a stable, reputable cultural institution,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opportunities for development and improving your professional qualifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an attractive benefits package (private healthcare, a benefits and loans fund, holiday subsidies);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the opportunity to take part in interesting cultural events (free admission to all exhibitions at the MNK).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mnk-single-button btn-sec d-flex\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mnk.traffit.com\/public\/form\/a\/2f9be29f87da635c4bb647eca521fe667072343d\" class=\"btn btn-primary image-left\">Apply now!<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We are accepting applications until 11 May 2026.
