The information provided will help you choose the type and theme of activity best suited to your group\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before making a booking, please prepare a list of the necessary details:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>type of service and its theme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date of visit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>group size (number of participants, number of supervisors), age of participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details: institution\u2019s address, telephone number and email address of the group supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional comments to help us better prepare for your visit to the museum, including information about any special needs of the children\/young people in your group, if applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if applicable: language of the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can make a booking by telephone or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have made a booking, please confirm it by completing the online form (sent by the Information and Booking Centre to the booker\u2019s email address) within 24 hours of receiving it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Please note! We only process bookings that have been confirmed).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important information<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bookings for guided tours, museum lessons, activities for nursery schools and museum games must be made at least 5 days before the planned visit. Bookings can also be made further in advance (several months).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings for the 19th-Century Polish Art Gallery in the MNK Sukiennice and the MNK Czartoryski Museum must be made at least 5 days and no more than 3 months in advance of the planned visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings for student events must be made at least two weeks in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings for the Museum Crawl must be made at least three weeks in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings for bespoke training sessions and off-site workshops must be made at least one month in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of cancellation later than one day before the scheduled visit, the booking party is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 150 for the service booked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not possible to start the session before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please arrive on time for classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will wait for groups that have not given prior notice of their lateness for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If a group is late, the educator has the right to shorten the session by the amount of time the group was late.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the session after giving prior notice to the booking party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making a booking or purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of the MNK\u2019s terms and conditions for visits and bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants and their supervisors confirm that the contact details provided when booking or purchasing a ticket online are up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 24 December 2026 and 6 January 2027, we do not run museum lessons, museum games, educational presentations for students, off-site workshops, bespoke training sessions or bespoke Museum Crawls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 24 December 2026 to 27 December 2026 and from 1 January 2027 to 3 January 2027, we will not be offering bespoke guided tours. Guided tours between 28 December and 31 December 2026 will only be available to organised groups that have booked their tour by 22 December
