The purpose of providing this information by the National Museum in Krakow is to enable you to exercise your rights specified in the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e., in particular, the right to access data, the right to rectify data, the right to erase data, and other rights set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information regarding the processing of personal data by the National Museum in Krakow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC, Official Journal of the EU, L 119\/1 of 4 May 2016 (hereinafter: the General Data Protection Regulation), the National Museum in Krakow, acting as the Data Controller of your personal data as a natural person (the data subject), provides the following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>newsletter subscription,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the performance of concluded service contracts or contracts for specific work, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>compliance with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for tax and accounting purposes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) for the purpose of marketing the Data Controller&#8217;s own services and products,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) for the purpose of establishing, defending, and pursuing claims,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) for the purpose of creating compilations, analyses, and statistics for the Data Controller&#8217;s internal needs, which includes reporting, marketing research, service development planning, and creating statistical models,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) for administrative purposes, as well as to ensure network and information security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The recipients of your personal data are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>entities supporting the operational performance of the Agreement, such as: technical support for devices and products used to perform the Agreement, invoice processing, contact platform operators, and entities providing postal and courier services,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>entities providing the Data Controller with advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax, and accounting services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the Agreement, and to the extent related to the defense or pursuit of claims, until the statute of limitations for claims expires. The Data Controller may store personal data for a longer period, but this will only occur for justified reasons, provided that the law permits such storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. At the same time, we would like to inform you that as of 25.05.2018, the National Museum in Krakow has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in matters regarding the protection and execution of your rights concerning personal data.
